The Guidelines and ECC forms for viewing can be found in the files seciton. You do not need to fill out a physical form, filling out the beginning of the year checklist will do.
Beginning Band students will need to bring all supplies on Monday, August 21st. (If your supplies were delivered by the music stores, we'll have them for your child)
Advanced Band students bring your instruments on the second day of school.
