Angelica Patino, a math teacher at Alcove Trails Middle School, was named the March Middle School Teacher on the Rise. Patino was nominated by twenty-eight students for her passion and dedication to teaching.

Frenship ISD is excited to announce Tim Algate as the new choir director for Frenship Memorial High School.

At the recent UIL Middle School Choir Contest, all four Frenship ISD middle schools earned Superior and Excellent ratings. The contest evaluated and highlighted the students' skills in both concert performance and sightreading, showcasing their hard work and musical talent.

Before spring break, Heritage Middle School hosted their fourth annual Miracle Pennies Dodgeball Tournament Fundraiser. With a total of 52 teams competing for the champion title, the students raised more money than ever before.

Recently, 8th grade students at Frenship Middle School had the chance to hear from numerous community leaders about future career options. Students spent the day rotating through various presentations, gaining insight and exploring different career paths.

Frenship ISD is excited to announce the hiring of Jason Cooper as the Frenship Memorial High School Girls Athletic Coordinator and Head Girls Basketball Coach. Cooper joins the Frenship family with an impressive coaching record and numerous awards that span 26 years in high school and collegiate athletics.

On Wednesday night, the Frenship ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved naming Scott Sims as the new Frenship ISD Executive Director of Administrative Services beginning the 2025-2026 school year.

All four Frenship middle schools will host a 5th Grade Parent Night on March 25, 2025, for current 5th graders who are preparing to go to middle school for the 2025-2026 school year.
