My name is Sonya Elliott.  I am starting my 17th year with Frenship. This will be my 1st year at the Heritage Middle School. I was at Oak Ridge Elementary for 8.5 yrs and at FHS for 8yrs. In my 28 years of nursing, I have worked in Psych, CCU, ICU, ER, Cardiac Cath Lab, and School Nursing. I attended Methodist Hospital School of Nursing and graduated in 1998. It is a joy caring for your children. Attached are forms you would need to send medication to school. Attention... Due to changes in TEA law, there is a new medication form for 2026-2027. It will need to be signed by parent and Doctor prior to any medications being given at school. This will accompany any and all medications including prescribed or over the counter (i.e. asthma, seizure, or diabetic meds). Each year we need a new Diabetic, Seizure, Asthma action plan if that pertains to you.  Please feel free to reach out with questions.
