About Me
Welcome!
I am excited to begin my 21st year in education! Throughout my career, I have taught 6th and 7th grade RLA as well as Sophomore English. I have also spent the last 3 years as an assistant principal. As a Frenship High School graduate, I am so excited to be back in Big Cat Country in 2026!
I believe the best classrooms are full of strong relationships, high expectations, and lots of encouragement. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel comfortable being themselves, sharing their thoughts and ideas, and growing as readers, writers and thinkers.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling and drawing. I am excited for this great school year of learning, laughter and growth!
