My name is Jhuna Coronado, I am currenty working with Focus Support in HMS, a great team administering behavior management & academic skill-building as well as student's emotional support. We are a dedicated team in behavior monitoring and have an individualized support plans to encourage our student's academic success.

 

I have more than 10 years of professional experience from the call center industry with customer service skills, as a Quality Analyst and as a Team Lead role. Additionally, I’ve had significant experience as well in corporate hotel and finance industry.

 

I am a Teacher by profession with a master's degree in BSEd-Mathematics, however this is my first year ever working in a school organization and in Frenship ISD. I am loving my current role and being part of the HMS admin is rewarding though the kids are overwhelming, but I am focused to make a difference and be able to connect with these amazing kids. We see their unique potentials, talents, and skills and I would love to help them achieve their holistic growth and utilize their full potential for their academic achievements & success in life.
