Hello! Welcome to Heritage Theatre, home of the HUB City Players. My name is Lindsey Pierson. What a privilege and honor to be a part of your child's journey! I received my BA from Harding University and have a Masters in Deaf Education from Texas Tech. Fun Fact: I also have a cosmetology license. I have been teaching Theatre at Frenship since 2019, and started my career in 2005. I am married to Chris and have two sons, Hays and Drew Pierson.
My goal is to create a space in our school where all students can walk in, take off their armor, and open their heart to truly being seen. In Theatre, we do this by diving into stories and recreating the human experience on stage to inspire courage in others. Theatre includes design, makeup, costume, technology, acting, lights, sound, and a multitude of other skill sets. I have been bitten by the bug of Theatre and hope to pull others into that joy.
There is magic in the theatre, and the theatre is magic...
And truly blessed are those who are able to share their talents with others.
